Seahawks Playoffs this Sunday!

A note from Pastor Sandy: Every 5 years or so, there is a miracle and the Seattle Seahawks make it into the playoffs. Even more rarely does a playoff game coincide with worship, but this Sunday it does. Acknowledging how many fans there are in our congregation, we are planning worship to be 45 minutes or less this week, and are working hard to figure out how to play the game live in fellowship hall so you can tune in ASAP. The Hawks generally pick up speed after the first quarter anyway. Hope to see you all on Sunday at 10 a.m.

* The Adult Bible Study class is focusing on Jesus' ministry and miracles in the Gospel books and people are really enjoying digging into the scripture. Each class topic stands on it its own - so if this is your first time attending - it's alright, you won't have to catch up!

* There are also classes for the middle/high school age crowd, elementary school age children, and nursery care is provided for infants/toddlers/preschool children.

Contact Nancy Walker for more information.

* Palm Sunday Worship - Sunday March 28th, 10:00 a.m. - Have you heard the word 'Hosanna' and wondered what that's all about? Join in worship as we acknowledge Jesus as the one who saves us from our sin and gives us a life of freedom. There will be waving of palm branches just as when the people ushered Jesus into Jerusalem as their Messiah-to-be.

* Maundy Thursday Worship - Thursday April 1st, 7:00 p.m. - Remembrance of Jesus' Last Supper with the disciples at Passover (Communion) and his commission to serve others by following his example.
